JointComfort Care offers compression socks, wrist compression sleeves, and related comfort products. We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products, colors, sizes, and images accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, sizing information, or other content on the website are completely accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Colors may vary depending on your screen, and sizing may vary slightly between production batches.

Please review the size charts on each product page before ordering. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Fulfillment by Third Parties

To offer a wide range of products, we work with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners, and some orders are shipped directly to you from these partners. As a result, your package may arrive in packaging that does not carry the JointComfort Care name, may ship from a location other than our own, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

By placing an order, you authorize us to share the information needed to fulfill and deliver it with these partners. Their handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes unless stated. Shipping costs and estimated taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, or contact you to confirm the order at the correct price.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card number on our website. You agree to pay all charges incurred with your order, and you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we confirm it, and we may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or an inability to verify your information. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

You may cancel an order within the period described in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Promotions, Discounts, and Bundles

Promotional codes, discounts, free shipping offers, and bundle prices are subject to their stated terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Unless a promotion states otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined with bundle pricing or with other offers, may be used only once per customer, have no cash value, and may not be sold or transferred.

Free gifts, digital bonuses, and promotional items, including any free exercise program offered with a bundle, are provided as a courtesy and are not eligible for return or refund. We may modify or discontinue them at any time.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, and returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You grant JointComfort Care a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt your Submissions, including on our website and in our marketing, with your name or first name and last initial. We may decline to publish, or remove, any Submission at our discretion. Please do not include personal health details or the personal information of other people in your Submissions.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Arizona, USA, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
